With over 25 years of fundraising experience, Sam has worked with some of the UK’s leading charities, including WWF-UK, RNLI, and the Canal & River Trust, where she led grants teams before transitioning to freelance consultancy in 2023.
Sam specialises in Trusts, Foundations, and National Lottery fundraising. Sam’s expertise includes bid writing, prospect research, trust fundraising strategy and processes, as well as interim leadership and support.
Sam has a strong track record of developing and delivering successful fundraising strategies and securing significant funding for both capital and revenue projects. The causes Sam has fundraised for span heritage,
the environment, animal welfare, international development, museum collections, performing arts, refugee support, social welfare, physical and mental health, lifesaving services, Christian and Jewish causes, disability, and children and young people.
