Established in 1998, our mission is to help UK-based charities and not-for-profit organisations strengthen their fundraising and strategy, through both expert advice and practical support.
Our firm was founded by Simon George and Gill Wootton, two experienced fundraisers with strong backgrounds in charity fundraising and management. Today we are led by Ben Ansell a senior fundraiser with over 20 years experience in the sector
Our team of consultants works with charities and other not-for-profit organisations across a wide range of services. Each member of the team brings specialist knowledge, with an average of more than 15 years’ experience.

Founder
Simon is the Founder of Wootton George Consulting. He has worked in the voluntary sector since 1987 and as a consultant since 1996. He has achieved the Diploma in Fundraising Management and in 2010 was elected a Fellow of the Institute of Fundraising.
